• 1 The Basket Catch for balls below the waist
• 2 The Contour Catch for balls higher than the waist
• 3 The Side Contour Catch for high balls to either side of us 
• 4 The High or Jumping Contour Catch
• 5 The Box Technique for balls we can't catch or want to clear,
• 6 The Parry Technique to deflect balls wide of goal
• 7 The Front Smother for bouncing balls below the waist.

Goalkeeper Groups Forming Now~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Hello Goalkeeper Parents,

I would like to know how many goalkeepers would like to continue training before the fall season? 

I am interested in reinforcing the learning we have done this week with new shot-saving techniques, tactical positional knowledge, and by focusing our training around small group dynamics  I would like to arrange small goalkeeper groups around age brackets.

Group 4 Ages 15, 14, 13
