Soccer Specific Acceleration and Movement
In Monster Leap you see players doing three types of jumps over a line.
1st is facing the line
2nd is sideways-on to the line
3rd is with feet apart and sideways-on to the line (Monster Leap)

Coach Players to jump strong, land light, and keep their feet as they are through the jump.

In Acceleration Loop you see players running a pattern.
Players should work on quick starts using short steps
Players should turn under control by "breaking down their feet" --taking smaller and smaller steps
Players can be timed only after they have practiced this
