SOLOSOCCER: Spring Training Series

SOLOSOCCER SPRING TRAINING SERIES

What is SOLOSOCCER Training?

SOLOSOCCER is a self-paced, learn-at-home soccer skill series for players, coaches, and anyone who wants to feel the health benefits soccer can offer.  SOLOSOCCER is designed for folks who want to train and get better at the techniques of the game, but lack the space, or the coach, or the community support to stick to the program.

The video series teaches technique and ways to improve balltouch.
SOLOSOCCER offers an on-line sharing community, communication and video interaction with the coach and the group.

I created SOLOSOCCER to offer people a way to train at home.  How To Soccer covers the individual player and team aspects of the game; SOLOSOCCER provides the individual player the workout to train at home 3 times/week.

Many of these videos have appeared in this blog as features, and here they are as originally intended for the SOLOSOCCER series.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Players need individual ball touches to improve.
Players don't typically get individual technical training in a team session.
So where are players going to learn
 How to train to improve technique?
How to train to improve balltouch?
How to train at home?
SOLOSOCCER 1B BALLTOUCH WORK
Who should consider SOLOSOCCER? Any player who wants to improve and any coach who wants to engage in new ways of teaching soccer technique. SOLOSOCCER is worth as much as you put into it. The series exists for you to see what to do to get better, but without regular active ball touches and focused concentration on the tips, it is hard to improve.
SOLOSOCCER 1C: TECHNICAL JUGGLING
Why: Improved technique and balltouch will change your game. Train-at-Home is convenient and cost-effective. Quality technical soccer instruction is hard to find, expensive, and may have you in the car when you need to be at home or want to be on the pitch.  A team experience is supplemented with a coach who can teach you the technical skills when and where you want to train.
Group: For members with a Facebook account, join our on-line SOLOSOCCER community.  Ask questions, seek advice, brag about your records, post photos, videos, or request follow-up video from Coach Tad.  Document your successes and struggles with the SOLOSOCCER train-at-home system.
Questions emailed to tad@athenssocceracademy or posted on the Facebook group, may result in follow-up video posts or a written response through email or the group.
